appears in the rolls of this state is submitted herewith:

	Certificate number 389 for [amount burned] on June 25, 1779 to Matthew McConnel
for service as sergeant in Capt. Peter Bartolf's Company of John Hathorn's Florida
and Warwick Regiment.  An abstract verifies John Hathorn's Regiment for service in
an alarm to Minisink in July 1779.
